All residential students are expected to follow these guidelines. They are designed to ensure safety, discipline, mutual respect and a positive residential environment.
Be Present for Salah
All students must be present at the designated prayer place at least 10 minutes before the beginning of Salah.
Respect Personal Belongings
Students may not use another student’s personal belongings without permission.
No Sharing of Beds
Two students may not use the same bed or sleeping space at the same time.
Finish Meals on Time
Students must finish their meals within the scheduled meal time.
Maintain Punctuality
Students must be present at the designated location at least 10 minutes before classes or scheduled activities.
Respect Study Time
Students must remain in their designated study areas during scheduled study periods.
Responsibility for Personal Items
Residential students are responsible for keeping their money and personal belongings safe. The school is not responsible for lost personal items.
Lost Money or Belongings
The authority will not accept responsibility for money or other personal belongings that are lost.
Leaving the Hostel
No student may leave the hostel without permission. Proper safety arrangements must be followed, and any incident remains the responsibility of the concerned student.
Damage to Property
Students must not intentionally damage school or hostel property. Any intentional damage may require compensation.
Follow the Daily Routine
Students must follow the daily residential routine. Deliberately disrupting the routine is not permitted.
Maintain Personal Discipline
Every student is expected to maintain personal cleanliness, discipline and appropriate behaviour at all times.
No Unauthorised Devices
Mobile phones, laptops, cameras or other electronic devices may not be brought into or used in the hostel without proper permission.
Visitors & Guests
Parents, relatives, guests or non-residential students may not enter the hostel without prior permission from the appropriate authority.
Visitor Permission
Guardians and visitors must obtain permission from the hostel authority before entering the residential area.
Protect School Property
No student may damage school property. Any intentional damage may result in appropriate compensation.
No Inappropriate Writing
Students may not write or draw inappropriate words, symbols or graffiti on walls, furniture or other school property.
Seat & Bed Allocation
Hostel students must use the seat and bed assigned by the authority. Requests for changes will not normally be accepted.
Leaving the Institution
Students must not leave the institution without permission. If a student leaves without authorisation, the institution will not be responsible for consequences arising from it.
Follow Islamic Guidelines
All students must follow the Islamic principles and religious guidelines applicable to their residential life.
