Parent Responsibility

General Parent Guidelines.

Parents are expected to act not only as guardians of their children but also as responsible partners of the institution.

Parents should help their children attend school regularly and arrive on time.

Parents are encouraged to provide constructive suggestions for the overall development of students and the institution.

Parents should ensure that their children arrive at and leave school according to the prescribed schedule.

Parents should maintain a respectful and disciplined environment at home that supports the student’s academic and moral development.

Parents should regularly communicate with teachers regarding their child’s academic progress, behaviour and overall development.

Parents should monitor examination preparation and provide appropriate guidance when necessary.

Parents should review the student’s progress report after examinations and take appropriate action when necessary.

Parents should ensure that students attend school with the required books, notebooks and learning materials.

Parents should avoid making negative comments about teachers or the institution in the presence of students.

Parents should avoid unnecessary communication or intervention with teachers while classes are in progress.

Parents are expected to attend parent meetings, participate in discussions and provide constructive feedback about their child’s progress and the institution’s activities.

Monthly tuition fees and other applicable charges should be paid within the prescribed time.

Leave should be requested in advance whenever possible. If a student remains absent for any reason, the required application should be submitted afterwards.

Any complaint, concern or suggestion should be communicated respectfully to the Principal or appropriate school authority.

If a student violates institutional rules, parents are expected to cooperate with and respect the decision of the school authority.

Female guardians are expected to attend the institution in modest clothing, including hijab or appropriate purdah.

Students should not be given mobile phones, cameras, gadgets, toys, memory devices, food items or other unauthorised materials.

Parents are encouraged to regularly pray to Allah for the intellectual, moral and overall development of their children.

Non-residential students should be collected from school promptly after the end of their scheduled classes.

Female guardians should refrain from entering residential hostels without permission.

Special emphasis is placed on helping children learn the Qur’an and Masjid-related practices properly. Parents should cooperate with the institution in this process.

If a student is unable to attend school for any reason, parents should inform the school as soon as possible.

Parents should refrain from allowing students excessive access to the internet, television and other distracting media.

Students should not be collected by anyone other than an authorised guardian without prior permission from the institution.

Students should be protected from unnecessary exposure to inappropriate conversations or topics that may negatively affect their character.

Parents should maintain respectful behaviour when communicating with teachers, staff and other members of the institution.

Parents of residential students should not collect their children without following the prescribed procedures.

When a student is allowed to leave the institution for a specified period, parents should ensure that the student returns within the approved time.

Parents should regularly read the notice board and stay informed about important school announcements, instructions and updates.

Visiting & Communication Guidelines.

Visiting Students

Parent — Student Interaction
  • Students may be visited every Thursday from 10:00 AM until Maghrib.
  • Parents may meet students and speak with them by phone between Asr and Maghrib, subject to school arrangements.
  • Visitors must clearly state their relationship with the student before meeting them.
  • Students should not be visited or called during class, coaching, sleeping or designated rest periods.
  • Female visitors must follow the school’s prescribed modesty and purdah requirements.

Residential Communication

Important Restrictions
  • No guardian may enter the hostel without permission from the school authority.
  • Unauthorised leave or visits are not permitted.
  • Parents should avoid unnecessary contact during students’ study and rest periods.
  • Excessive phone calls or other interruptions may affect the student’s routine and academic progress.
  • Any special circumstance should be communicated to the responsible school authority in advance.

Information Parents Should Share.

Student Personal Information

Your child’s wellbeing depends on accurate information.

Parents should inform the school authority about relevant physical or mental conditions, allergies, medical concerns, family circumstances or other information that may be important for the student’s safety, wellbeing and proper care. Some information may be private, but parents should share necessary details with the school whenever it is important for the child’s welfare.

If a student repeatedly engages in activities against the institution’s rules.

If a student behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner towards teachers or staff.

If a student violates institutional rules and regulations.

If a student repeatedly performs poorly in examinations despite appropriate academic support.

Important Guidelines

Before Submitting a Complaint
  • Always use respectful and constructive language.
  • Avoid personal attacks or unsupported allegations.
  • Clearly explain the issue and provide relevant details.
  • Attach supporting documents when necessary.
  • The school authority may contact you regarding the progress or outcome of your complaint or suggestion.

Complaint & Suggestion Process

Communication Channels
  • First, contact the relevant class teacher at the appropriate time regarding the issue.
  • If the matter is not resolved or is significant, submit a written complaint or suggestion.
  • Serious matters may be referred to the Principal or the designated authority.
  • Parents are encouraged to share their feedback during regular Parent–Teacher Meetings.
