Passport Size Photo
Two recent passport-size photographs of the student.
Birth Certificate
A photocopy of the student’s birth registration certificate.
Previous Result
Previous class result or academic record where applicable.
Parent / Guardian ID
Photocopy of the National ID card of the parent or guardian.
Transfer Information
Previous institution information where applicable.
Additional Documents
Any additional document requested by the school during admission.
