Every meaningful institution begins with a vision. Insight began with a dream to create an educational environment where knowledge and character could grow together.
The Dream
In 2018, a dream began among five brothers in Brahmanbaria — to build a world-class educational institution that could bring together quality education, Islamic values and meaningful character development.
Learning Before Building
The journey did not begin with a building. It began with learning, research and preparation. The founders focused on developing themselves, understanding educational leadership and exploring how modern general education could be meaningfully integrated with Islamic education.

On 1 January 2022, the activities of the Institute of Innovative Thought began — creating the foundation for a wider vision of educational and social development.
