To make the admission process smooth and hassle-free, parents or guardians are requested to prepare the following documents before submitting the application.
Recent Passport-Size Photographs
Two recent passport-size photographs of the student.
Birth Registration Certificate
A photocopy of the student’s birth registration certificate.
Previous Class Report Card
The student’s report card or academic record from the previous class.
Previous Class Result
The student’s previous academic result, where applicable.
Parent / Guardian Identification
Passport-size photograph and National ID card photocopy of the parent or guardian.
Documents for Non-Parent Guardians
If someone other than the student’s parents will complete the admission process on behalf of the student, passport-size photographs and National ID card photocopies of the responsible guardian should be provided.
