Every meaningful
journey begins with a
belief.
Insight began with a simple question: What if education could develop not only a child’s knowledge, but also their character, values and purpose?
A dream that began
with five brothers.
The idea behind Insight began in 2018, when five brothers started discussing a different kind of educational future— one where academic excellence would not have to come at the expense of faith, character and values.
Their conversations gradually became deeper research, observation and planning. They travelled to different places, visited educational institutions and explored approaches to learning that could bring together knowledge, Islamic values and the development of the whole child.
What began as an idea slowly developed into a shared vision: to create an educational environment where children could grow intellectually, morally, socially and spiritually.
From an idea to a movement.
A journey shaped by years of thinking, research, preparation and a commitment to meaningful education.
The Idea
The initial vision was born among five brothers— a shared desire to build an educational model that balances knowledge, faith and character.
Research & Preparation
The idea evolved through research, educational visits, discussions and observation of different learning environments and systems.
The Journey Begins
The vision moved from planning into action. Activities officially began on 1 January 2022, marking the beginning of the organization’s journey.
Growing the Vision
What started as an idea has grown into a broader educational vision—continuing to create spaces where children can learn, grow and become better human beings.
Education is not only about what a child learns.
The founding philosophy was built around a broader understanding of education. Academic knowledge matters, but education becomes truly meaningful when it also shapes how a child thinks, behaves and lives.
That belief continues to influence the way Insight approaches education—bringing together general education, Qur’an, Arabic, Islamic Studies and character development within one purposeful environment.
A family vision with a larger purpose.
One idea.
One shared direction.
The founding idea was developed collectively by five brothers who shared a common desire to contribute to education and build something meaningful for the next generation.
Professor Abdul Mannan Chowdhury.
Their father, Professor Abdul Mannan Chowdhury, whose academic background includes a Master’s degree in Bengali Literature from Jagannath University, played an important influence in the family’s intellectual and educational environment.
The story began
with a belief.
Today, that belief continues to shape the future of Insight.
